Our employees usually work 37 hours per week. We also employ part-time staff. We operate a shift rota system. Our Teams include Care Assistants, Senior Care Assistants, Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, Registered Home Managers, Housekeepers, Laundry Assistants, Catering and Maintenance staff.

We offer attractive remuneration, and benefits may include free meals whilst working on site and training support. Our staff also have access to our Workplace pension scheme and some may receive an Employer contribution.
