Beck House Frenchay, Bristol, is recruiting a Waking Night Care Assistant to join our Team. We support Adults with Learning Difficulties with their personal care, daily living skills and social activities.
As a Waking Night Care Assistant, you would support residents through the night, undertake housekeeping tasks and help with rising routines, personal care and breakfast. You will also complete reporting paperwork and hand over to day staff.
You would normally work from 9.45pm to 8.00am for 3 nights each week (30.75 hours), including alternate weekends. As we operate a rota system, you may also be required to cover shifts on other nights from time to time. You will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of our service users, a good communicator and have good written skills.
You must have at least one year’s previous experience in a Support Worker or Care Assistant role to be considered for this post.
The pay for this role is currently £7.65 per hour or £7.95 per hour if you have a relevant NVQ2/QCF2 qualification. We offer free training, support and development opportunities and access to our Workplace Pension scheme where you could receive an Employer contribution (terms and conditions apply).
